There is a heavy emphasis on competitive play which is great and the developers have made great progress in making the barriers to entry to the competitive scene lower.Ī major downfall of Temtem, in my opinion, is that its an MMO. Crema, the developer of the game, has no plans to create new Temtem or to add additional islands, unfortunately.
The plot of the story was full of twists and turns that genuinely surprised me. Temtem is one of my favorite games of all time and was the first game that really got me into shiny hunting, also known as luma hunting in the Temtem world. 8/10 - Some fun twists and great cut scenesħ/10 - New Game+ and tons of quests as well asĨ.5/10 - lost a 1/2 point due to the over reliance on the "knight/humanoid" archetype.
